There are many disparate views as to how reincarnation functions and I think, we should, in the new year, open a thread about all our thoughts and beliefs about reincarnation.

Has anyone started a thread like this?

The whole subject - this whole spectrum of subjects - has been in my mind a lot lately, so I searched but I can't find one.

I may be unwise asking, as I know life is about to become far too busy to hang out on AT for long, in-depth discussions. But I'm asking anyway.

I had planned to start a reincarnation thread, then got sidetracked. If you, and others, are still interested, I can try to get a thread started within the next few days. I do have an interesting story to share!

I *swear* I replied to this earlier today but the internet ate my post!

No pressure to hurry - I'd start one myself but ought really to be taking an AT break this month (something came up ) and will probably only be eavesdropping to start with.

Anyone can start one, of course. I'll just ask: when you or someone does, please update this thread to say so and then we'll know it exists.

Personally I'm at least as interested in connecting with (not necessarily contacting) our ancestors, as in the reincarnation question(s).
