Ok, yes it's me asking questions again - sorry, I don't mean to monopolise this area but just wanted to ask your opinion on this.
For those who work in a Spirit guided way, (not making distinctions between beliefs and practices here) how would you define the way you work with Spirit? Is it informed by the Spirits but still essentially your work, is it a balance between the two or are you in the service of the Spirits and all the work you do is essentially them working through you (their work)?
This is a very interesting topic. So much so, that I can only give my opinion based off my small experiences around the fringe of this topic.
I don't actually have a Spirit Guide guide that I work with. However, I have interacted with others Guides. There was a time in my development when I would ask their Guide if there was anything that they had to tell the person they were watching. I felt as though I was the bridge between the Spirit and the World. There have been other times when I have reached out to them for the sake of understanding their nature on behalf of some one else (ie some one asking about their guides.. .not some one asking about some one Elses guides).
I Have always been wary of giving over "control" to ANY Spirit entity. So I would have to say it is a collaborative effort. Them providing the message and me expressing it. Or Mostly my own, where I am the one "distilling" the information from the either.
And In collaboration with the Divine Spirit of ALL. I feel as though through what Is gift to All, we are provided the ability to immerse our "Self" in the Either that is the Universal consciousness, So it is a means of information gathering that is open to those that know "How To". Just like the oceans are open to those who know how to Swim. We ALL can... some juts don't. Though I do recognize and respect the guiding hand of the divine.
