Flonz Victorian Lenormand

strings of life

Hello everyone!

Last night i gave my Lovely Flonz Victorian Lenormand her edge treatment. i first used Antique Linen, and then stippled it a bit with Tea Dye. Both are Distress Ink pads by Tim Holz. The edges blend beautifully with the vintage look of the fronts and backs of the deck. :D

i also am including a few pics of the deck, lwb, etc. This is really such a gorgeous, beautifully made deck by our dear baylys.

i reached my limit of pics, so i will post the lwb in the next post. :)
Antique Linen is my staple color from the Distress Ink pads by Tim Holz. I used it on my Steampunk Tarot by . Curly Cue Design.

I'm going to do the edges of my Flonz Victorian Lenormand this weekend :thumbsup:.

baylys, others have mentioned the LWB and I couldn't agree more. In love that it's done in calligraphy and you included a wealth of information, both about the cards, inspiration for the deck and the background.

Thank you fort including a cat card as well :love:.

Not to be missed deck!

With such a small printing at really such a reasonable price, this is a deck not to be missed if you love your Lenormand straight up, just simple, yet elegant and detailed images. They seem to almost float on the card. THIS is a most unique. No gimmicks, no manipulation, it looks like a vintage deck and the calligraphy Baylys done just adds to that. Truly a work of art. I ordered one, got it, then quickly ordered another because this is a deck to use and cherish.

First, house keeping;
Baylys, sorry to be so late to the party. I have been looking for a good moment to post my reactions the the Flonz and this is it.

Kat, this is FANTASTIC!
I do not read Lennies and felt a bit bad grabbing a deck which might have been used by a more deserving "reader". But not that bad- afterall this is made by Baylys and as she knows: I trust her taste utterly.
Objectively, the card stock and finish are beautiful, the tea stain just right.
The images are exactly as I hoped, clean and concise, a reflection of the Creator. The drawing; strong and consistently good.
The presentation of the Flonz is perfect, and could not be bettered. Every detail decided for the best.
The LBW. Well that is exactly what I would have chosen for Bonefire and I hopefully I will be working with Baylys in the future. I can and will be using this deck from which to learn Lenormand. The LBW is good enough to start me on the right path and the images are just right to keep me on track; I have a mind, overstuffed with images and a more fancy-full deck would for sure distract me.
This is a very high quality deck.....and nearly all gone.

A few requests for the creator;
1) A hand-made Flonz- using the stamps plse. You could name your price.
2) The Baylys Victorian Tarot
3) A Career in producing well-written hand-books, starting with mine.

The Flonz is a triumph....if...she prints more, get one.

I received this deck (well, two copies actually) the other day and completely forgot to post here. But I love it. Love love love it!

Not sure exactly why, but it's just wonderful in every way.

Thank you, Baylys!!!
