Ladybird, my poker-sized deck arrived in GA yesterday, and I have to say I am quite enamored with your deck. I generally pair my tarot decks with an oracle, and I've been looking for an "antique" style to go with my Tyldwick Tarot. The Antiquarian Lenormand fits the bill perfectly! The card images, card stock and little tin are of the utmost quality and lovely to boot. I had a look at your pdf for the deck last night, and I can see that it will be wonderfully helpful. Thanks so much for such an excellent creation!

I haven't had a chance to post until now, but I received my tarot-sized and mini-sized decks last week, and they're great! The large deck is just beautiful, so I'm glad I got it even though I'm a small deck sort of person. The reprint of the mini is excellent as well. The wax ink just adds that extra something and makes the blacks and colors pop a little more.

I just received my large deck (the tarot sized ones) today, and I must say they are truly beautiful! I don't think the pictures online completely do them justice, I mean they look great online, but in person, so gorgeous! Lovely cardstock texture, awesome concept! What's not to love?

They arrived prettily wrapped in tissue, with my name on the package, and tied with pretty pink ribbon. Thanks so much, Ladybird! What a wonderful little work of art!

I wanted to let everyone know that I'm in the middle of packing & moving. The movers arrive on Monday but I am still planning on sending out decks. There may be an extra day delay but I'm keeping the decks near me so that all orders will still go out as soon as possible.

I just received my pocker size antiquarian and I love it!

The cards are so beautiful, the aged look with the old images creates a whole atmosphere for the reading. The feeling is very much what I expected from seeing the videos online, but the cards are actually prettier in person.

My one concern when I purchase this deck was that I wasn't sure if the size of the images was adequate, some of the cards seemed to have a lot of background so I feared the actual images might be small. I did not have to worry, the cards are very balanced, the traditional lenormand symbols are very clear and visible, the backgrounds complement the images perfectly and make the whole thing look wonderfully classy. I actually loved all the different backgrounds, since overall the colors used in the deck are somewhat subdued to give that antique look, they add variety so the deck doesn't look boring.

I just gave it a try asking what would happen today. I got Lilies + Ship + Birds. And then my dad went on to tell us all about his last trip. Yep, Lenormand sharp as ever.

I'm super super happy with this purchase! Thank you so much, ladybird. This deck is a beautiful creation. You should be really proud of it!

Hi, Rayo! I haven't been on the forum lately and just saw this. Thank you, I appreciate your post and am happy you are enjoying the deck. I did get a couple comments that I needed to stick with the same wallpaper throughout but I really like it this way. I'm so glad you do too. My goal was to keep the symbols clear and readable while still giving a unique interest and appeal to the deck. Lots of folks seem to enjoy it and I must admit, I love it too. "Renewed" edition

Hello everyone. It's been so very long since I've been here. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the Fall.

I wanted to post that I have decided to "renew" my deck. Don't know how else describe it. It now has an extra Lady and Gentleman card (Nicola Tesla & Florence Nightengale) and the back is slightly different. Instead of the girl in the looking glass, it's a flower. Not too many changes, but a few.

The card stock will now be on the premium linen finish as I've grown to love it! The printing quality is magnificent, super rich and crisp. I know that sometimes with the linen card stock you can lose image quality but that is not the case with these. I'm really happy with how they turned out.

AND...just a little fyi (for my AT friends who have followed this thread), I have spent the last year working on the Antiquarian Tarot. I have ONE card left to make! I have kept it pretty much a secret, minus a couple friends, but I'm ready to start telling folks about it. It's handmade just like my Lenormand and it has taken an immense amount of creative input. I'll post a new thread when it's done. I just couldn't post here and not tell you about it. I'll post a reveal photo soon when I have a chance but for now here is a picture of the renewed Lenormand cards piled up on my scanner.
