The hanged man - new job

Starting a new job soon.
Got very positive cards in the feeling position ( how will I feel about my job)
And hanged man showed up in relations to the question " how will my new job be"

Does hanged man mean ?
- the question is too broad and can't decide how to answer
- or limbo is niether stressful nor joyful So anything goes. the office is up in the air which I must say I wouldn't mind.
- too soon to tell. Wait and see

Any help is appropriated as I am a bit scared.

New jobs can be scary, at least before you start, best of luck.

I usually see the Hanged Man as something that is suspended, at least temporarily, and doesn't go anywhere or move anywhere. So it could mean that it will seem very slow-moving, like maybe they'll have you do a ton of training stuff or busy work, and a long period of observation, which I think is also a Hanged Man aspect, before you get to move forward into the real part of the job. In a wors case scenario, it might mean that the job simply won't let you go anywhere, like you'll outgrow it quickly or discover that it's just a dead end job. I hope that's not it!

I think you will be overloaded, working like hell, almost no free time left.
