Resurrecting my old question (thanks for starting it Alta!)
So now I do have the lovely Thea (how did I not like the artwork back then???)
I love the Wild Unknown for being gender neutral - no people but so much feeling in the cards!
The Linestrider also works for me, very well. I love the art, there are plenty of people of either gender and some that are ambiguous, and lots of animals.
I'd LOVE to get the Collective Tarot, which looks awesome!

The Tarot of the Silicon Dawn looks like it has a wonderful variety - gender-queer, diverse - it is a different structure though, 99 cards! It's on my wish list.
Trung Nguyen's incomplete deck looks like it will be great, again with so much diversity - colour, culture, gender and sexuality!!! http://www.trungles.com/tarot/
Dame Darcy's Mermaid tarot looks very interesting and very lesbian, though again, I don't have it to be sure exactly what it's like.

Surprisingly (to me anyway) Babara Moore's Steampunk Tarot looks like it's full of queer ladies, and this is on my list now too!
Finally, a special shout-out to this blog by Beth Maiden (Little Red Tarot), who hosts a whole series called "Queering the Tarot" which deals with reading the tarot cards with respect to special issues your queer querent may face. The author uses many examples from different decks. Beth's other posts are where I found out about most of the decks listed above! http://littleredtarot.com/blog/
