Actually, the moon passing ove the darkmoon lilith (the point in the lunar eliptic that is furthest from the earth, and in this case one sign away from the sun) has an effect on our bodies, in paticuallar our emotional cycle. Hispania and Hidalgo both relate to the hispanic culture, a part of the romantic languages family. The new energy is human energy being activated by this cancer moon cycle fulfilling itself with family obligations and business near the Capricorn full moon.

Mercury is going stationary, he was moving behidn and getting ahead of venus, who then darted ahead of him, and hidalgo apparently. Hispania picks up the trailing edge, and will be hit very hard when mercury goes statinoary and retrograde, in other words communication with and among hispanic women will take patience and effort, something that leo is not always known for having.

Lilith in conjunction to mercury and in proxmity to hidalgo and hispania are reflections of cultural language barriers and other issues. Headstrong attitudes aren't the way to get ahead on this one, focus on universal communication.

Nothing simple it seems, chugging along slowly this aspect demands that we pay attention to teh bigger picture (and nothing bigger than the US right now), even if we don't understand what is happening. Keeping in mind that the little details that we as individuals know that others do not will always brings a new point of view that is unique and in some cases nessacary.

Capping this day off is a longstanding trine between venus, retrograde pluto, and mars in Leo, Sagittarius, and Aries. Unreasonable demands, and sudde4n expectations of conformity, will be met with ferocity tempered with emotional authority. Now is not the time to butt heads, no one is going to come out of this one w/o a headache, if and when you do take aim, remember, Sagittarius always has another arrow of truth for you to use.

Asteroid Ute has entered Cancer, in conjunction with Tisiphone, this is brief but kind of unavoidable. It refers to the karma of past lives (good and bad), and the need for defense against hostile activities using the lessons and skills of our ancestors, this is actually a wrap up of all these two asteroids moving across dualistic Gemini. I say this because the Ute tribe of what is now Colorado of the United States of America had to defend themselves by retreating into the ancient Anasazi Peublo cliff villiages and they (the Ute) then had to see them as a fortress of defense instead of a peacful home. The cliff villiages provide shelter from the elements and a good overview of the surrounding terrain.

The moon in Aquarius is opposing stationary mercury in Leo, this is a great day (or night actually) to go out and do something. The energy of the earlier hours will continue through the night, and communication will flow freely. Good thing too! Mercury going retrograde indicates that now is the time to make sure that everythign is set into steady motion.

Chiron retrograde from Aqu to Cap is opposing Saturn moving foreward from Cancer to Leo. And the Sun is pushing saturn and Leo to get it done ASAP, that way everyone can have some fun.

Vesta deep in 22Gemini wants to support others, but is having a hard time finding aspects, the trine to the swift moon will bring forth a sense of realisim in light of her (vesta) opposition to Pluto in Sagittarius.

Asteroid Lilith is in conjunction with mercury heading into retrograde, with Hispania close behind and not moving retrograde. Venus will have entered Virgo before teh night is done, where intellect is stimulus, and bringing about a very sudden shift from the hyper-energetic and very physical lion.

Not too much chaos tonight, so kind of boring for some, a pardise for others, take it easy on the sweets or you might risk staying up all night staring (howling?) at the moon.

between these four asteroids is a cluster of planets and asteroids all within at most 30 degrees, but a majority are within 15 degrees, of the sun. and to boot, mercury and hispania are conjunct at 20 leo, Sabian symbol: AMERICAN INDIANS PERFORM A RITUAL TO THE SUN. now the issue is a lack of communication about the respect for ancient culture and rituals, not about miscomunication through a language barrier, although barriers to language will be the theme of this mercury retrograde, sometimes artificially.

Taking force of arms in the name of a goal that is outdated or has already been achieved will meet resistance. Excalibur at 30 Cancer ( A DAUGHTER OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION) butting heads with Saturn at 2 leo (AN EPIDEMIC OF MUMPS ) indicates that older problems have been put to rest, but cultural choice is not to be denounced lest everyone suffers under a badly aspected leader (Leo's dark side).

And as asteroid Lilith approaches Hidalgo, putting discrimination on discrimination, the sun approaches the point of the darkmoon (also named lilith), opening up positions of leadership. connected to this is asteroid Chao, conjuncting the darkmoon, lending all sorts of challanges and difficulties that are ambigoius and undefined.

All of this combined with Mars entering Taurus, creating a driving force of energy that will be difficult to restrain, so the best thing to do is to plan ahead and try to match tactics. Keep you head up, eyes ahead, and prepare to meet the situation head to head.

There is a general feeling of advancment and tradition at the same time, lets break it down.

Taurus and leo, both tow of hte sabian symbols feature women who are keeping up with themselves, one by closure the other by appearance. The man who stands near his trophys indicates the animal nature in us all, and how it tends to rebel against itself before anything else.

libra and capricorns sabians are charged with symbols, diviniation, and natural abilities to maintain ones self in times of great stress (like a mercury retrograde for some). This is a good day to divine and predict, even if you are at work, you can make something out of the simploist hthing that would then be of assistance to you later in the day or week. Asteroid America will be going retrograde in Scorpio on teh 26th of Febraury, the tension of the U.S. and international economies will be felt strongly. Washingtonia and Union are also in this retrograde phase, these three are essentially the "big three" for the Americas.

Asteroid Phaethon will be returning direct on March 2nd and conjunct Venus in Pisces. This is a good time (if not a nesacary time) to repair your vehicles, get outside, and in general get moving on with existence. Phaethon in stationary causes our lives to be in a rut, cars may breakdown and stop moving.

Juno and Sphinx will be in conjunction, therefore secrets and long-ago issues will be brought out again for the last time. This is an excellent time to remove yourself from older pains, but at the same time make sure that what you ephasize is really as pure as it may seem. Investigate, Sphinx won't tell but she will indicate the direction. Matched with Uranus, this is a time to not only declare indpendence but also reinforce and solidfy our ties to humanity.

Asteroid Nemeses and Hidalgo are both in Taurus, here the issue of immagration is a top priority since it will be opposing the three National Asteroids. While Asteroid Vesta (the worker achieveing a 'greater goal') will be nearing a conjunction to the north node of the moon which moves the reverse direction of the asteroid, a tough passing to say the least. But this is a good time to start a job, especially if you have Jupiter in retrograde in your birth chart, otherwise it just may be a stepping stone to something greater.

America is at 30 degrees Libra, ready and willing to move back into scorpio with Union and Washingtonia right behind. in fact, union will be in very close conjunction with Washingtonia as they are both at 25 libra today (Aug 6).

Capricorn Navajo is trine to Jupiter in libra, with pallas athena right after. Agreements are coming together, but require some cooperation and acceptance of other points of view in the situation. Keep a level head and watch out for loopholes and suprises, mercury in retrograde demands attention from all sides.

Asteroid Ute is in Cancer, and is breaking square to Libra Quetzcoatl but trine to Uranus in Pisces. Independent willpower is based upon mental conciousness and ability while possibilites that can't be proven need to be put aside for now. The moon in Virgo is demanding of simple things that need to be done, probably around the home but anything to do with animals and animal safety-this is the time to take care of it.

Hispania @ 24 is close to ateroid lilith 2 28 leo. the sun @ 23 is conjunct Chaos @ 23, all in leo. the blackmoon is conjunct mercury mercury retrograde in leo, and all of which is in a loose opposition to neptune retrograde in Aquarius. Watch your tounge, don't take translations too intensly-people make mistakes, prevent problems by tackling them ahead of time to prevent long-term fall out from poisinng the situation even more. Hidalgo has already entered Virgo and will move to 3 virgo this evening, with the sabian symbol of two guardian angels for 3 virgo and three crosses for 2 virgo, an emphasis on religious ideals will be present.

opposing Saturn is asteroid London, the UK just lost their ex-secretary Robin Cook to a long-term ilness. He was the opposition to Blair and the Iraq War in the last election-this could spark more resistance to the idea of an extended occupation of Iraq.

where did the jolt of energy come from?

Juno has entered Gemini, Vesta has entered Cancer, Asteroid Lilith has entered Virgo, America has entered Scorpio.

This combined with the mercury stationary in Leo square mars in Taurus (who happens to be trined to Navajo in Capricorn and Hopi in Virgo), there is a sense of completion in recent events.

Juno in Gemini: a major shift of attitude will come about, this is a good time to get things moving, even on such short notice. Since Gemini is associated with teh lovers card, this would be an excellent time to get engaged or married, all social events will go smoothly.

Vesta in Cancer: The focus here is on the home, and the domestic issues such as bills and vacuming, all the stuff we don't want to have to do. moving into Cancer, Vesta wants us to take care of the appearance of the home but with energy shifts so swift, we won't be pushed anytime soon, but later, that's a different story. Also a good time to relocate to another home, with proper reinforcement behind the situaiton.

Lilith in Virgo, This one is tought o pin down, you won't win the battle with your brain alone, you will also need your wits at full pace. You might be expected to prove yourself once and for all, but it may not be worth taking the bait, keep a level head and don't worry about the side issues, if you are honest with yourself, you will be backed up with true alliances.

America entering Scorpio: historical recollections of past problems and wars will come about. Allusions to Vietnam and WWII will come to, and probably N Korea given the nature of that country's political situation right now. It is quite possible that some well-known people are approaching their time of passing now, emphasis on their achievements will be predominant, but not all-encompasing.

The strongest asteroid aspects right now is the moon in opposition to venus, jupiter, Pallas athena, and soon to be in opposition to Union, Washingtonia, and America in Scorpio after the moon enters Taurus in the late american evening, on Tuesday.

While Washingtonia is close to intense scorpio, the sun entering Virgo is the stronger influecne, and being the only body entering a new sign, its energy will dominate until the moon does enters Taurus.

Hispania in conjunction to the sun will enter Virgo shortly after the moon enters Taurus. Uranus is already in opposition to Hidalgo at 10 pisces/virgo, its a very grounding effect and earth signs will move through it with style, and structure.

Events that occured during the three-week mercury retrograde are coming to a close, and with that close there is mercury reviewing and sometimes rewriting going on, make sure you have your own copies handy to doublecheck everything.

the long-term healing has enteed a new stage, keeping it stable is the next goal.

hispania enters virgo

With hispania entering virgo, there is a sense of competition of intellect between teh sexes and the different ethnicites/races (any advice how to word that one?) in group situaitons. Don't always expect stereotypes to be upheld or even known, but also be aware that intellegence is a sign of importance to others. In leo, it was as sense of leadership and following that was important, in virgo, respect comes from knowledge and understanding as well as a combination of patience and prudence.

Gender battles are already underway with retrograde Uranus (planet of personal authority, and possibly ego) in opposition to the male counterpart to hispania, asteroid hidalgo, putting sterotypes under a very scrutinus microscope. Also the state of emergency in New Mexico takes place in Hidalgo County among others.

Hidalgo close to asteroid hopi shows that there is in fact hope for the tense situations that have come to be in the last month. Strength in faith outpower strenght in numbers, resolution through the revelation of the truth and determination to keep the peace, as well as the set structure of organizations that just need a slight push in the right direction to get things done as rightly as possible.

Washingtonia is entering the 30th degree of Libra, with union right behind. These two will be entering Scorpio next week, just in time for labor day weekend. There will be a shift in national conciousness (in the United States of America of Course) with Pluto going direct on Friday, September 2nd in Sagittarius.

Mercury, just finishing up its conjunction with the darkmoon, will be conjuncting asteroid United Nations soon (I'll get the date on that soon) thus brining up the standing issues that organization has had once again. It has been so easy to let certain sitautions fall through the cracks, this one isn't going to, its just too big.

Asteroid Nemesis has left Cancer and entered Leo, Cancers and Leos will still be joined at teh hip for these issues that are coming about, but seperation from Cancer has already begun, the further into Cancer the sun degree is the more nemesis will be impacting the cancer native.

Asteroids juno, chaos, and phaethon are at 7, 8, an 10 Gemini, creating all sorts of, well chaos in partnerhsips especially in regard to travel and vechilce rights. Emphasiszing this situation is teh moon in its brief direct opposition to pluto, pretty much stationary, in sagittarius. this can be felt from 10pm PST/1am EST US times.

Asteroid Union will shift to 30 Libra shortly thereafter, in conjunction to Asteroid Washingtonia, both square to chiron retrograde (there's a body we haven't been talking about lately) forcing the healing process foreward reviewing necessary(or is that un-necessary) issues that have become embedded into teh current situaiton.
