Deck backcover coming off

i live in a city which is near sea but yet i dont thinks its the humidity which is creating this dampening effect.

I tried sticking them together but they wont stick. I just have to stop using them now.

Hope these manufacturers dont resort to low quality manufacturing

I have one printed in China and it's fine (and this house IS damp...)
