1. V.strange, first click on the link gave me RW deck pics (first pub. 1910 ??? ) but all others times it showed the Thoth box .

2. It is a great deck.

3. Why does it matter to you if she sells it 'too cheap' ? It might be just right for someone who is ready for it and has little money ?

Maybe it's someone she knows, and she doesn't want to rip her off. Money and friendship seldom mix well.

I think the white boxes are pretty rare, but I have no idea how rare or how much they would go for. Try looking in this thread

if you can find your ISBN number there, or any information. Try doing a forum search for your ISBN or if you can't find it, for "white box Thoth" or similar; there are many collectors on the forum and this has probably been discussed in a good number of threads.

She has a White Box A, printed in USA, so either Llewellyn or Weiser. Usual ebay price is about $75 - $100 in really good shape.
