I got the original book through abebooks as a used copy (I got the deck separately). It wasn't that expensive, maybe keep an eye out.

EDITED AFTER SEARCHING ... I think I will wait for the new book, the cheapest I could find was about $60 with shipping, that is a bit more than I want to pay at this time.
