Last time I pulled out my old Rider Waite and told the gal I'd had it since 1971, she said "Wow, it's ancient!"

Essentially, 1971-1975, but logically I'd say during that period, but never after, there could have been a little bit of both being printed. The facts are buried in the grave of AGMuller, and they lived into the 21st century before disintegrating as an entity.

So: Blushing Fool = pre-1976

United States Games Systems Limited laid the "1971 Copyright" on the deck in 1975.
It officially dies in May of this year, 2012.
