oracle cards for beginners

1. I would recommend the Bright Idea Deck (presented and reviewed here, at AT). It actually IS a regular tarot deck, but disguised as some sort of "creative deck" for business environment. This makes the cards pretty literal and not so esoteric (i.e. easier to read for a novice). But the real gem about this deck is the companion book by Mark McElroy. Mark introduces a reader very gently and in a very "down to earth" manner into tarot. In my view this is a great deck to start with tarot.

2. Only yesterday I learned about a deck called "Brian's deck" by Brian Copthorne. I saw it on Youtube on TheFaulknerTarotDeck's Channel. Rhiannon Faulkner was giving some endorsment to this deck there. You can watch the film and see for yourself. As for me I'm going to give it a try.
