Pages are immature and are in the beginning stages of learning how to master the traits of their suit. So as how she views him, the PP suggests that she saw him as being somewhat immature and likely not able to satisfy her physical needs.

Ace Pentacles as his hopes is that he hopes to have a chance with her again in the future.
