Penis are always messy to deal with. Especially when dealing with their owners. ARGGG!!

I once heard of a tatoo on a penis that had squggle marks on it. At least untill it was fully erect. Then it read;
EAT AT JOES, NO SHOES, SAME SERVICE, NO CLOTHES BETTER SERVICE.
