Recognize what deck this card is from?

I ran across an Eight of Swords card that intrigues me, but the page didn't give any hint as to what deck this was from. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I agree. The worst that can happen is not getting any answer... It is possibly from one of those DEVIANTART collections.

The one time I asked a blogger in a comment, I had no reply.

Actually, on Google if you go into image search and then click the little camera icon on the right of the search box, you can paste in the URL and get a lot of "visually similar" images. However I had a go and in this case there seems to be only one exactly the same, and that doesn't say either. I wonder if it's someone's artwork rather than from an actual deck.

Looks like what I call a Rainbow deck in the making, multi-colored, multi-gender... there seems to be a trend atm. I like some of the cards bu also have a strong Ciro M vibe coming from it.
