I just did some timing birthday spreads with people I know.
My brothers birthday is in December and I got cups
My other brother is May and I got Pentacles.My mums birthday is July and I got wands and none of the dates were exact more like two weeks plus out
So if thats anything to go by possibly 11th July for Marty

Well, that would have been the only date left through process of elimination!..But at least I got summer right!

I don't think time can really have a "function" in Tarot. I think that if you view Tarot and time, it's more of an evolutionary process, not time. (I need to think before I type!!)...
