Huh? If anything 'jera' looks much more like an open, incomplete hexagramm to me. Which is the sign I'd prefer on my pents... if anybody should ask me. :D

I like Pentacles, but not for every deck. I don't like it when it clashes culturally. For instance, I just checked out the 1001 Nights deck for the first time, and I loved it, but the word "Pentacles" in the titles kept throwing me off. The icon on the cards isn't even a Pentacle. I guess that's just the LS default title, and nobody likes those LS titles, anyway.
