Hi Emi, I believe your cards are addressing issues above and beyond your chances at the lottery.
4S ‒ You need to give your desire to win the lottery a rest. It's unhealthy, and it's keeping you from making practical plans to achieve what you want.
3W ‒ This card is about thinking of distant shores, in this case your desire to go to America! Note how your plan for putting roses on your twin flame's grave is depicted in the 4S. In the stained glass a standing figure (you) is blessing a kneeling figure (your twin). Note the prominent red.
The 4S gives the impression of a tomb, but it's not mainly about death, just as your wish to visit this grave comes from a desire to honor your connection to your twin. Keep in mind though, these two cards have a backward-looking feeling. Make sure you don't overlook the future (your career) in your desire to respect the past.

Thanks, Emma. You're the one standing because that implies movement (your intention to travel to America). Your twin is the one kneeling because that's a static position, unmoving (the grave you wish to visit).
As you mentioned red roses specifically, the prominent red on the kneeling figure is suggestive of laying those roses on a grave, is it not?
The Knight of Wands implies dynamic activity. Since you need money, any type of part-time work would be indicated.
