Automatic writing for a "visitor"

EmpressArwen

Last night, I was standing in my kitchen, I had my head in the fridge, looking for something to snack on. Everyone else in the house was asleep. My youngest son has gotten really into the Halloween spirit this week and keeps popping out and scaring me every chance he gets. :) I felt him come up behind me. I didn't even look and said, "Stop it! Go to bed." No reply. I turned around and caught a glimpse but he ducked quickly behind my back...I was like a dog chasing my tail...just spinning around while he kept dodging me. I finally stopped and said "I mean it...knock it off." No reply. All of the sudden, from behind me...my keys dropped to the floor. I spun around...and no one was there. It wasn't my son at all...I checked,he was sound asleep in his room.

Oooookay...so I have a visitor. I went back into the kitchen after checking on my son and kind of cautiously went back to the fridge (hey ghost or no ghost I was still hungry lol). I felt someone touch my back...I stayed very still and I could feel someone hug me..like a small child wrap his little arms around me very gently...then it stopped, he was gone. I keep saying he because for some reason I felt he was a little boy.

I was mildly freaked out but decided to do some automatic writing to see if I could get any answers to who this was...

Here is what I wrote. "funny...I like you...miss mom...like hugs...candy...boo!"

LOL What in the world? A little boy spirit visiting for Halloween.,,,who misses his mom? :(

Any thoughts?

The important thing is that you felt good with the embrace. So, it was a nice friendly spirit who meant no harm . As to the sentences, it could be a son/daughter you lost or had in a past life. When I read your sentence, I immediately felt that YOU were the mom he was referring too. NOT someone else...
That was a neat experience. Pray for this guy, that may help

Whoa!!! I think you are right. My son just got up and confirmed what you said. My son has a history of "visitors". Some have been very bad so I am cautious about this and we now have a rule...if someone comes to see him, he tells them that they have to talk to me first. If they don't want to do that, they are no good and he is to tell me so I can deal with them.

My son said, "Did the boy come see you?"
Me - "yes, he came last night."
Son- " Ok. Can I play with him now?"
Me - " honey, I don't know about that. Where did you meet him?"
son - "He was in the backyard, playing with the hedgeballs."
Me - "oh."
son - "He said he knew you. He said you are nice and pretty. He likes hugs...Did you give him a hug? I told him you wouldn't mind. Did you know him, mom?"
Me - "I don't remember him, hon. I will try to talk to him and see if I can help him, ok?"
Son - "ok...can I have frosted flakes?"

lol No big deal for my son, I see.

Wowsers.

Holy shmoly! You son is SUPER psychic !!! :bugeyed: I bet you are very curious about the name and history of this boy, aren't you ? I feel a bit sad for him, looking for hugs and tenderness... That's one of the reasons why i stopped watching shows like Ghost Hunters, etc. If a spirit is stuck somewhere, he/she is not there just to move chairs and stuff. Some (if not all) need HELP.

Yes he is. Actually, both of my sons have these abilities. My oldest son had crazy accurate but often scary dreams. He had many visitors too. He was very fearful of it all and when he was about 12 prayed that he wouldn't have any more dreams or visitors. He didn't have any more until the day after his 18th birthday...it has increased since then but he is no longer fearful of it all.

My youngest isn't fearful of any of it...but probably should be...or at least more cautious which is why I made the rule about any visitors going through me first.

I wonder what I can do to help this little guy. I don't know anything of this kind of thing.

What a LOVELY experience, and I so agree with all ana luisa said. At first I didn't even think of it being your son from a previous life, but I wouldn't be surprised at all. Or perhaps just a boy spirit who was attracted to you and/or your son(s)/kid(s) or both. He just wanted to be a part of some fun and in a loving environment. If not your son from a previous life--perhaps his mother was a lot like you.

I would also agree with ana luisa to pray for him. Though, I am a medium who believes that not all spirits are stuck here. Sometimes they come here to check in on their family and friends or to just 'look around'. My own baby sister, who died 48 years ago still comes 'back' here and yet, we also know she is in heaven. However, they always can use our prayers.

Also, the 'rules' you have set up with your son is great. Good for you! Children are often quite psychic--but its hard for them to differentiate the good from the bad spirits--so you have to be diligent in protecting them as well. If I may also offer the advice of teaching your children how to ground and protect themselves every day--regardless of whether or not a spirit is around them--you may want to teach them these skills too. It certainly can't hurt them and it can very well protect them if you cannot!

 I love this! How old is your son? Our own daughter was quite the psychic too--and at first it never frightened her. It was as natural to her to see these spirits as it was for her to breathe. Then, when she was about 9yrs old, she was playing with her best friend, and 'saw and heard' this girls grandmother. The grandmother asked our daughter to tell her granddaughter that she watches over her, loves her and is always around, something like that. When my daughter shared this, the kid told my daughter "You're WEIRD!!!" and it so upset our daughter. Quite a few of the kids would tell her she was a 'weird-o' and such and it bothered her as she wanted to be "like them". So, we prayed that this gift would cease, and it did for a long time. Then, when she was a teenager andin more control, it came back to her again and to this day she is a fantastic psychic-medium. Her husband is also a psychic and sees spirits but he cannot hear them--only see them. So we were not surprised when the oldest granddaughter began showing the same abilities.

I'm glad your son is not afraid of them and that your oldest has learned how to control them, but do please let them both know about grounding and protecting themselves with light. Just for added protection!

wonderful experience!

My son will be 9 very soon. I asked him once how he saw these people. He looked at me like I was crazy and said, "WITH MY EYES...how else do you SEE someone?" lol I explained that not everyone sees this kind of thing with their eyes, but more as a feeling or seeing within their minds/subconscious. He said that seeing something without using your eyes was super weird. lol hahaha!

I will talk to them about grounding and protection. They both pray a lot so I think that helps.

Thank you!

 what a cute kid! :D

yes, I see them with both my eyes and sometimes with only my 'minds eye' and apparently my daughter does too. We THINK the granddaughter sees them like your son does. I wonder if that is the way it is with children and changes as we get older, because the daughter also would see them with her eyes as a kid--not in her minds eye. hmmmm..how about your older son? do you know how he sees them?

eta: It makes me wonder if we don't really 'see' with our 3rd eye/minds eye until we are older. If anyone here has the answer to this, I'd love to know. interesting thought.

Interesting! My older son says he just feels them and has dreams about them now but when he was younger he saw them with his eyes. I just asked my mom about how I was as a child and she said I saw them with my eyes, or at least that is how I described it until I was about 10 or so. After that I didn't mention it much, just tlked about what I felt, as in I would say, I could feel someone was around.

Hmmm...I wonder why that is? I did see (with my eyes lol) a glimpse last night, but just a tiny one, hmmmm.

I wonder what I can do to help this little guy. I don't know anything of this kind of thing.
Maybe just keep giving him hugs when he wants. That's what he needs for now by the sound of it.

Clearly you're a loving, motherly type and he has recognised that, so knows you're someone safe to come to, whether or not he's a past son.

I don't know anyone who can see these people with their eyes... though I think my grandmother did. She tried to stamp it out in herself, thought it was wrong, and also I'm sure she saw an awful lot more than the few incidents she told us about. I wish I could have the conversation wtih her now that I know more about it!

My eldest son has always been sensitive, and easily scared by the whole thing. His nature is to shut out anything that he doesn't feel at home with, and he's only now (aged 21) coming to terms with the fact that he's a strong healer, etc. His girlfriend's family are Catholic and we've had some interesting convrsations about all things spiritual... I was brought up going to church (C of E) every week so I know all the stories, terminology etc by heart, whereas the boys aren't familiar with any of it. The younger one is made of different stuff and I haven't found out yet (nor has he) what his specific strengths are. Apart from empathy that is. When he was tiny he talked about his "other family" - complete with village name, house description, route to get there, and the various family members including his other mother, etc. Consistent in the details, to the point that his nursery were shocked when I said I didn't know them except through him! lol. He hates to talk about this stuff so I have to wait till his adulthood!!

Myself, I sometimes know someone's there but very rarely anything more definite than that. However I heal, that's what I know how to do, I can see where the energy knots are in a person's body. Still a bit wistful about the more "traditional" sensing of things... if you know what I mean. :)

It's really moving about your little visitor. Touching. The mother in me gives him a hug, too.
