There's actually a whole class of drugs which could be considered psychedelics - psilocybin, peyote, DMT, MDMA to some extent, other more recent synthetic analogues to LSD…

This looks more like mushrooms, to be honest.

Also a very short video of the Hierophant in progress. I like that he's doing them at the size of the original cards. It makes them seem more intimate. (I also noticed he's using my favorite kind of pen, a Micron Pigma. )

Since when does psychedelic = drippy neon colors?

When I first saw this thread I was all "Hey, maybe a reason to buy a RW style deck." But then I saw the pics and they're all the same. All the figures look like drippy neon wax candles. If it were true trippy psychedelic style I'd be way into it. This....eh. Maybe.
