Diet and Exercise

I think it's different for everyone.

I function better in all aspects of my life when I'm eating well (I do mostly plant-based, and strive for local and organic when possible) and exercising (I'm a runner. A pretty slow one, but a runner none-the-less!).

When I eat too much crap and sit on my butt for too long, my brain gets foggy. I can't do anything to the best of my abilities when I'm in that state, including reading Tarot :)

I agree with this. I am currently looking at improving my eating and exercise habits, and it will be interesting to see if this affects my reading at all :)

I do a light workout with the martial arts.

I don't think it has any bering on being a good tarot reader or not.
