Most people in their 50s and up lived some portion of their lives in the sixties. It's going to take more than some bare breasts to upset them. I don't live in a particularly progressive area, but the people who approach me for readings have never become upset or offended by nudity or dark images in the cards.
I do carry a kid friendly deck when reading in public venues, typically cats or fairy tales or maybe Kitty Kahane for tweens. Of course, I only read for underaged folks with a parent's explicit permission. However, I don't feel any need to shield the elderly (of which I am by some people's lights) who I assume are coming to me of their own free will. When I choose a deck for adults, regardless of their age, I gravitate to decks that I have used in readings for others that have worked well and sometimes I get an intuition that I should use a particular deck for someone. In the latter case, there is typically something specific in the symbolism of the deck that is somehow key to the message I'm giving them.
I own a number of the decks named here as a collector-Hanson Roberts, Connolly, and some of the cat tarots. I just don't like reading with those decks as a rule. I even worked with the Hanson Roberts a few weeks ago and simply confirmed that it's just not one of my favorite RWS based decks. The Wild Unknown is the only one I'd really want to use. Even then, I've seen people on the forum comment how savage or dark they find some of the imagery in that deck which just reflects nature IMO. So I just don't think you can pick reading decks based on a desire not to offend or upset people because that varies greatly from one person to the next.
