Is this a company ya want to deal with?

I'm really disappointed! I ordered this deck several weeks ago when this thread first started and I just got my order in this afternoon. I was looking forward to posting in this thread how much I like this deck. The sepia tones are perfect for the artwork depicted and the cardstock is really nice.
I can't really comment on if this deck is pirated or if it's infringing on someone's copyright because I just don't know; however, I certainly can comment on this company's behavior which they directed at certain members of this forum. It's downright pathetic. Trying to bully and threaten someone to suppress that person's free speach may be something they do in the Czech Republic, but it's Not acceptable behavior in the civilized countries in the rest of the world (I probably need to moderate this statement because the Czech Republic has made great strides in democratizing their government).
Simply put, I'm disappointed. I so wanted to give a good review of this deck.

Ahem. To be honest, confusing Czech Republic with the Ukraine is a bit like confusing Canada with Mexico ;) The Czech Republic is in the EU and the system here is rather similar to that in Germany.

I doubt any of these decks are in fact "printed in Czech Republic". I think that's some sort of smoke screen to try to disguise the fact that the decks are actually produced in the Ukraine.

What would have been copyrightable here? You can't copyright ideas, and the dore images I presume are public domain - the attribution of the images to cards?

There are 2 links in this post. One is Moonchild's site with HER images and they are copyrighted. I'm no expert, but she DID list copyrights.

yikes. This one shall be stricken from my wishlist.

This is a real pity because the deck is so beautiful, and from what I gathered when I looked it up originally, Tarot-meaningful as well. I certainly don't want to deal with that company; if only such a deck (or this deck!) were available from someone reputable... *sigh*
