its very easy to move things with your mind. you just have to focus and concentrate for along time if you are a starter, and then take in as much energy as you can hold then release it 100%. am talking 100% release. that was the hardest part for me.

yeah, I was really scared, when one day, I was thinking really hard, and i was staring at a glass of water. then I just raised my hand, and the glass floated up then when I dropped my hand it fell to the floor and broke. I got so scared. and then the next time I tried doing it, it didn't work, but I kept practicing, but now am really good at moving things with my mind. But I cant' move really heavy objects.
