I wasn't sure about this deck, but I ordered it. I like it a lot. It was my main reading deck for a couple of months.

My recollection is that the deck-only Illuminati was going to have borders and no gilding. But I can't find it on Amazon, Barnes & Noble or Llewellyn. So I wonder if LoS didn't release that version in the US after all?

Yes, from the size of it, I think it's the one I've got.
Also- on the Amazon link I posted, go down the list of 'New' sellers, and there's a US seller or two!
Forgot to say- there are some images on the internet of a black border edition with extra gold twirly bits, like this- http://www.loscarabeo.com/589-3162-thickbox/tarot-illuminati.jpg I was confused by this too, but Erik said they were images of a pre production version of the deck which was never released.

I got the kit, in all it's borderless gold edged gaudy glory.
I know about the deck only one you're talking about. It isn't ONLY the being very busy thing that bothers me. It's the way some of the artwork is done. And I hate everything Queen Elizabeth. She makes my skin crawl when I see normal pictures of her, but seeing her in my tarot deck is nightmarish!!
