well, i think she's going to love it, but she won't find a school nearby.

Tower = something official, government, Law, university, organized group, corporation, schools...if a book card is near by, isolation, banks, etc..

But, I have no clue what this indicates honestly.....

It to me makes me think more like a maybe with a strong leaning toward yes.

Maybe she'll go alone or take private lessons. I don't think she'll go to a tango class makes me think more like she may take up private lessons or learn it on her own.
