Close to an Emergency - Clouds as a place ?

Bit of an emergency here, DH Lost over 700 usd in cash that we need to pay for a rental car to move.

After coming home from the bank with the money soaking wet, He says he dried it off and asked me where to put it. I told him to put it in the slot behind the calendar. I’ve kept important papers there for over 13 years and none have never fallen out before. I never actually saw the money.

Four days later, he said he had a, “bad feeling” and went to check on it and it had vanished !

After several days of looking and panicing, I decided to consult the Lenormand cards. I had him shuffle and got the following cards:

2. What were you doing After you lost the money ? (4) House - King of Hearts
3. How/ why did you lose the money ? (11) Whip - Knight of clubs
4.Where did you lose the money ?(22) Paths - Queen of Diamonds
5.Where is it now ? (6) Clouds - King of clubs
6. How Can we get the Money back ? (24) Heart - Knight of Hearts

So, what I get from this is:

1. He was either on the computer or in the bathroom, Or he is lying.
2. He was relaxing at home.
3. He was fighting or beating a dead horse ( We were having and argument, I think)
4. He lost it on the road on the way home.
5. Confusion, it is in the rain outside.
6. I have no idea? Forgive him, although it would be difficult ?

Now it’s interesting to me, that both lines inserts are Queen, King, Knight. And ALL the cards are court cards.But, hunh ? How can that many people be involved in this?

He insists the money is in the house somewhere.

Any ideas or extra clarity would b e appreciated, since we’ve already given notice and we can’t possibly NOT move !

I was thinking the same as you about all of them being courtcards......its got to mean something.

There's 2 queens, 2 kings, and 2 jacks.

The jack spades is missing, so it may have not been an assault on him........did you see the actual money when he arrived home, or did he just ask you where to place it and then presumably he put it there ?

I think there has been some sort of an argument or trouble with these people and for some reason they've either took the money or hes had to give it to them.

To me him saying "he had a bad feeling" was him covering his tracks, as he knew it wasn't there as he never put it there.

I think he's either in some sort of trouble with people, or it was just a one off with this money.....did he owe anyone money ?

If you notice aswell you have the queen clubs, king clubs, jack clubs, so these could be man, wife and a younger relative.

Then you have king hearts, jack hearts.....BUT with the queen diamonds, the queen diamonds (crossroads) has come up a few times in readings as the "other woman".

I did Not see the money. At least I don't think I did. It's a weird situation.

I had been sick and just woken up, and our newest kitten Jumped on the table and There were wet waded up bills on it. I sorta freaked, because they were in a place we the kitten could knock them around and he did. We had an argument over that.

He says that wasn't the money in question though, that those were just some bills from his pocket and the money that is missing was only a little damp and in an envelope from the bank, but when i Showed him a bank envelope I had from a previous withdrawal he claimed the envelope the missing money was in looked different. Later on when the money was dry, I was not facing the Calendar, so I never actually saw him put it in. I've never seen an envelope like the one he described.

I don't know if he owes anyone money currently except my immediate family. I'll take another look at those court cards just in case i wrote them down wrong and post again later.

My first thought was along the lines of , "OMG, he's lying!", but I couldn't say that as he was sitting across from me. So really not sure what's going on here.

Really need to find that money though, or make other plans. *sighs*

He may have been watching porn before he lost the money (snake)
the whip-house situation could also mean he was cleaning up in there later and moved it around.
The paths could even suggest he took it outside. Altough the house/clouds suggest it's likely still in the house. Maybe somewhere in a corner/cornered place.

LOL@ the watching Porn. He could have been. That's definitely an interpretation of the snake card that I need to remember !

I'm really Torn on the Paths and House/cloud situation. On one hand it says to me, "outside in the rain, on the path that goes by the pond, on the other it seems to suggest it's hidden in the house. I'm Re-checking all the corners !

No worries about the wedge, it's been there for a few years at this point. This Marriage is in serious trouble and this sort of situation is part of why.

I was definitely not happy about seeing the snake card ! I've actually asked him several times, "What is it your not telling me ?" As if that would work , right? LOL

We did have a fight that day. I'm pretty sure now, that was beating a dead horse.

The Heart card is really bothering me in a way, It's as if he needs to have a change of heart, or make the decision to give the money back. It was a large part of the Original Confusion for me. I'm Beginning to feel as if I really can't do anything about this situation, and it's all on him to make sure the money shows up. Not a feeling I enjoy

The money was in Cash because we were trying to pay the bill for the rental car in advance, in order to avoid this type of situation. (He has done this sort of thing in the past) The company we are renting the car from suddenly changed their mind and decided they would only take the pre-payment in cash. So he was supposed to take the money out and bring it directly to them. That obviously didn't work and plan B was to bring the money directly home to Me. Which, also didn't work

Sorry to hear. Clover also a gamblers luck just not always in the favor of the gambler lol. Also I just remember clover is small cash... but it's usually money that is given to us, win in game of chance, etc. Money we didn't have to work hard for.

It's seems like there is something going on here if this type of drama keeps occurring. It could be he is doing something fishy or it's something else that is part of his personality/mental process.

You could next time ask for him to just deposit it into your account. If you have the same bank transfers would be easy (he would never truly touch the money) or opening an account in his bank under your name and then he just transfer it to you through the bank.

It seems like it's affecting you financially because you might be having to come up with the money last minute.

In the end maybe the wrong cards were drawn or maybe two cards should have been drawn with each question... might have helped.

But, overall if this is starting to be a habit...I would look into using the same bank, having separate accounts, and having him do wire/electronic transfers through the bank to your account because it is usually free of charge transferring money within the same bank.

Or - the Lennies don't know or can't answer - so Clouds - confusion. Hidden. Or, hidden behind a smoke screen...like, deliberately being hidden from you.
