I just figured the conversion (for those of us using the "old" system)....
70 x 117 mm = 2.75 x 4.60 inches

The cards are almost identical in size to a standard size Llewellyn deck like the Gilded Tarot or the Robin Wood, although once they are laminated, they are quite a bit thicker.
I've tried to keep the back design as simple as possible so as not to detract from the simplicity of the images. Here it is.
